Teaching objectives
Provide acceptable means of compliance or interpretations and explanations for application of the provisions of the December 2008 regulation on the implementation of safety management systems for airlines. The first success factor in terms of system acceptance by operators is to obtain the support of all hierarchies and the organisation; the second is IMPERATIVE and consists in informing the personnel involved or in charge of managing implementation of the SMS on the objectives to be achieved in terms of major risk prevention.
Notice: This training is intended for companies wishing to upgrade the skills of their employees. If you are a private individual you will not be able to follow this training. However, NOVAE offers training courses for individuals in the aeronautical maintenance sector.
Training course content
In accordance with national and international reference documents, the course covers the following topics: Safety policy and objectives, Risk management, Safety management, Safety management mechanisms.

Air transport operator employees, MCO State workshops and maintenance services involved in the implementation of the safety management system

Interactive presentations, case studies / Evaluation test
Trainer qualification
Training provided by expert trainers with daily technical missions to companies trained and qualified in adult education with a follow-up and updating of their skills
Level of previous knowledge required
Basic knowledge of aeronautical operations or maintenance
Document issued if assessment passed
